Website Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to localemuse.ai. They apply to the public website and enquiry process only. Access to a LocaleMuse workspace, implementation services, subscriptions, professional services and model usage is governed by a separately agreed proposal, order form, Scope of Work, master services agreement or other written contract.
1. About the website
LocaleMuse provides information about managed generative-AI content intelligence, multilingual content operations, knowledge retrieval, brand governance and implementation services. The website is intended primarily for business and professional users. It does not offer self-service account registration or create an automatic right to receive services.
2. No offer or professional advice
Website content is general information and an invitation to discuss potential services. It is not a binding offer, warranty, service commitment, legal opinion or promise of a particular business result. A commercial relationship begins only when authorised representatives agree the applicable written contract.
3. Permitted use
You may access and use the website for lawful evaluation of LocaleMuse and its services. You must not:
- interfere with security, availability, rate limits or authentication;
- introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable scale, or attempt unauthorised access;
- misrepresent your identity or authority when submitting an enquiry;
- copy, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission;
- use the website in a way that violates law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or the rights of others.
4. Enquiries and communications
You are responsible for ensuring information submitted through the website is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We review submitted enquiries and may request additional information before confirming availability, scope, pricing or delivery dates.
5. AI-related information
References to models, providers, integrations and capabilities describe potential implementation options. Availability depends on technical assessment, provider terms, regional availability, customer approvals and the agreed Scope of Work. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Customers remain responsible for appropriate human review, permissions, factual verification and lawful publication under their service agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand, design, text, graphics, code and related materials are owned by or licensed to LocaleMuse and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. LocaleMuse grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the website for internal business evaluation. No rights in the LocaleMuse platform, services, technology or trademarks are transferred by these Terms.
7. Your materials
If you send documents, requirements or other materials during an enquiry, you represent that you have the right to provide them. Do not send confidential production data, credentials, regulated data or third-party material unless we have agreed a secure channel and appropriate contractual protections. We may use enquiry materials only to assess and respond to your request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may refer or link to third-party websites, AI providers, infrastructure services or business tools. References do not imply endorsement or guarantee availability. Third parties control their own services and terms.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned or emergency maintenance, provider outages and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocaleMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website, including loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under a customer service relationship will be governed by the applicable signed agreement rather than these website Terms.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Suspension and enforcement
We may restrict access, block submissions or take appropriate action where we reasonably believe these Terms, security requirements or applicable law have been breached.
14. Governing framework
Because LocaleMuse's final contracting entity and country of establishment are not published on this website, these website Terms do not designate an exclusive court or governing law. Any paid engagement will specify governing law, venue and dispute procedures in the signed customer agreement.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@localemuse.ai. Commercial enquiries may be sent to sales@localemuse.ai.
